Her role involves designing innovative strategies, overseeing MEAL plans and budgets, managing multidisciplinary teams, and leading comprehensive research initiatives.

Beyond development work, Nouran is the co-founder of Layla Naturals for Healthy Solutions, a green startup pioneering sustainable innovations in food and cosmetics. Through strategic planning, sales leadership, and branding, she has played a key role in the company's growth and impact.

Previous leadership roles at Yam for Agri-Development Company, Banati Foundation, and Kheir wa Baraka Association involved managing complex projects, developing case management systems, and leading successful grant initiatives.
